Q2: Can you supply samples?

A: Yes, we provide samples when tooling exists. For new tooling requirements, tooling costs apply and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Q3: How do you ensure quality?

A: Our professional QC department strictly implements IATF16969, IS9001 quality control and ISO14001 environmental management. We create part drawings for your confirmation and provide samples for final approval.

Q4: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: High-value products: 1,000-10,000 pcs minimum. Low-value products: 20,000 pcs minimum. Custom orders start at 5,000 pcs.

Q5: How about transportation?

A: You can choose sea delivery, air delivery, or door-to-door express services according to your preferences.
